Payment
All my prices are in USD.
Payment via PayPal, fully upfront.
(Pix for Brazilian customers)Refunds will only be made with a good reason for that and if I haven't started the sketch, in case the sketch has been made only 50% will be refunded.
Which means a refund cannot be made in case of miscalcultions.After the piece has been completed, there will be no refunds.
Urgency fees and extras
In case you need your commission to be given full attention and delivered soon, there will be a fee of 50% the original cost.In cases of said commission going against what I usually post in my medias, there will be an extra cost of 50% the original cost for not being able to put it on my examples (see Do's and Don't below for more information about it).If you want to have full rights on your commission (not entering the Posting and permissions statements), an extra charge of 100% the commission price will be made as well as giving you the right to not credit me at all, there will also not have my watermark on the work.
Deadlines
The deadline depends on the commission complexity and the style chosen.Since I also suffer with tendinitis, the minimum time frame is of 4 to 6 weeks, but I will always talk about it with you.The time frame will also depend on your position on the waitlist, which I will also make you aware of as to not have any miscommunications.
Posting and permissions
After the illustration has been made, unless it's stated by the client the will of not wanting to, it will be posted on my social medias.
If you want to be tagged when I post it, please tell me.You cannot recolor, trace nor remove my signature, always credit me when posting the commission too.
You can use your commission for personal uses such as print, shirts, using on social medias, but you cannot profit with it.Arts for commercial use needs to be discussed first.I also do not give any permission for my art to be used as NFT or AI trainment.
Process
After the payment has been done, I will always show you the illustration process from the very first sketch.Please provide me as many information and references for poses, ideas and characters as you have.
In case of not having full references in mind, I will take the creativity freedom and interpretation to do as I imagine but will not do drastic changes once the sketch has been made.I have a limit of 3 minor changes (such as limbs pose, expression...). Any more than that will have an extra cost.
To fully redraw the pose in case of having other ideas, there will be an additional cost of 50% the commission price (other charges information can be seen in Urgency fees and extras).You will be always updated of ongoings on your commission, I will be sending you wips and telling you what's going on from time to time as to have transparency about my work since it can take some time (read about in Deadlines).After the sketch is approved, I will continue the piece by doing the lineart and coloring it. In this stage, base colors can be changed as much as you want but no add or change on the lineart.If the colors have been approved, I will then start shading it and in this process I will not accept any changes on colors or lineart.Once finished, the illustration will be sent to you via Google Drive, please state if you prefer it to be via email.

As said in Urgency fees and extras, some works that fall under what I am not comfortable doing or that I can't post on my social medias, will have an additional cost of 50%.However, even with said additional I will not draw pieces that can go against morals and ethics, as well as compromise me legally. Which includes drawing illegal content of real people, children and minors in general be them famous or only someone you know.Illegal content commissions of OCs which their owners said they don't like said content of them are also under this statement.I will also not accept your request commission for a NSFW work if you can't prove to me that you're above 18 years old.NOTES: Illegal content can be referring as sexual connotation, threatening content, harassing and any illegal action against said specifications above.

Big animals (such as horses, bovines, bears...) are considered extra character.Mini guide:
Half body is for anything that goes from bust to the knees.
Full body is for anything that goes for more than the knees.
Sketch will have only basic and ambiance shading.
Rendered will be fully shaded.
Additionals refers to pets, plushies, accessories, close ups.
